Sumit is responsible for the firm’s overall investment strategy, research, stock selection and managing client portfolios.
Sumit has spent over a decade in Indian capital markets across research, sales & consulting domains. He has a knack of identifying quality companies and businesses that trade far below their intrinsic value and hence give superior alpha returns over the long term.
In his earlier role, Sumit was a strategic business consultant to companies in the SME sector primarily helping them in financial engineering. Prior to that, Sumit worked at Emkay Global as Research Analyst and as Institutional Sales to Domestic Mutual Funds and Insurance Companies,
Bhavik’s primary responsibilities include conducting detailed research to uncover new alpha ideas and building qualitative stock selection models.
Over the years, Bhavik has worked across various verticals such as equity research, risk management, auditing, personal finance, consultancy amongst others. He is an avid micro cap & small cap researcher. Bhavik has an eye for detail and has an ability to mine undiscovered ideas.
Prior to AIM, Bhavik was heading the research vertical at SRE and was a strategic consultant to private companies catering to their strategy and business planning needs.
Piyush is responsible for managing AIM’s business development, client solutions and the overall marketing of the group which includes research, communication and customer engagement.
He brings with him more than 8 years of experience in institutional equity sales and marketing experience across geographies where he has worked with clients having vividly different investment styles and portfolios.
After working with Edelweiss and B&K, Piyush’s last stint was with Motilal Oswal where he led the US sales team. Piyush has a deep understanding of building client relations, with a strong strategic exposure and execution expertise. He holds a Masters degree in Finance and a B.E. from Mumbai University.
